Returns and Refunds

Returns allowed 3 days after purchase ONLY for Items received DEFECTIVE  In its original packaging.

Returns allowed for 14 Days for all unused and unopened products.

No Returns allowed : 

• Hygiene & Personal Care Items: Products that are unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons  Examples include:
  • Swimwear and underwear (if tried on directly against the skin)
  • Cosmetics and toiletries
  • Shavers and toothbrushes

If accepted Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receipt to nominated bank account as an immediate payment clearance.
