DELIVERY

EXPLANATION REGARDING THE PUDO LOCKER OPTION

🚙The Courier Guy manages this service.

🚙You choose the Pudo Locker or The Courier Guy Depot/ Kiosk nearest to you (we will check the nearest to you or your client when you enquire).

🚙The Pudo Lockers are normally at shopping centres, petrol stations, Build It's, OK Stores, etc.

🚙Once your parcel arrives at the designated Pudo locker The Courier Guy will send you an SMS with a PIN code. You then go to your chosen Pudo locker and retrieve your parcel. It is very easy and straight forward. You have 24 hours to retrieve it.

🚙The Courier Guy Kiosks are "small" Courier "shops". If you choose one of those The Courier Guy will phone you once your parcel arrives with them and you than have 36 hours to collect your parcel from them.

🚙The only difference between the Pudo option and normal courier is that you must collect your parcel, it is not door delivery.

🚙The Pudo or The Courier Guy Kiosk option is much cheaper than the delivery to door.

PUDO DELIVERY DISCLAIMER

Kindly note that due to PUDO not being an insured service, we will not take responsibility for any of the below.

- Lost / Damaged / Stolen / Hijacked Parcels
- Empty Lockers opening with a collection code
- Incorrect items found in lockers with collection codes
- Broken/Damaged packaging placed in lockers
- Offline lockers
- No Pins / Incorrect Pins Received 
- Incorrect contact / delivery details received 
- Any other locker related issues that may arise. 

We suggest clients send their nearest KIOSK or DEPOT address as this is a safer option given that most of these are fitted with CCTV equipment.

Furthermore, if any of the above is to arise it is the receiver’s responsibility to contact Pudo and resolve the matters. 
We do not work for the Pudo T/A The Courier Guy thus we have no control over their operations/executions are the onus cannot be placed on out businesses to resolve matters out of our hands. 

If you prefer a safer way of receiving your goods please note that parcel insured courier companies do exist, rates may be higher however you will have peace of mind that your parcel will be secure and if anything may happen an insured parcel can be claimed for
